WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT MODES OFFERED?

At Batisah Interior Design, we accept bank loan or cash repayment by progression. Progression payment is as follows:
1) Upon signing of contract agreement - 10%
2) Upon commencement of works - 40%
3) Upon wet works completion - 40%
4) Upon works completion - 10%

DO YOU HAVE IN-HOUSE RENOVATION LOAN SERVICES?

Sorry, we have discontinued our in-house loan services due to past unpleasant experiences in some customers' repayment patterns.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD UPON JOB COMPLETION?

Only the wet works has warranty:

- Cementing works (such as wall tiles, floor tiles, lightbox cornice, plastering, construct wall, construct partition and so on)

The warranty will be covered for Two (2) years from the date of job completion.

HOW ABOUT BANK LOAN? WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURES TO APPLY FOR A BANK LOAN?

Yes, we do provide bank loans from banks such as POSB, DBS, CIMB, RHB and Maybank. The following is the list of documents required by the bank:

1) Proof of ownership of the property (HDB, Residential, Condominium apartment and so on)

2) CPF contribution (past 1 year or 6 months)

3) Payslip (current or previous)

4) Bank Loan application form

5) Contract agreement from a designated contractor, preferably HDB licensed contractor
